Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) for Home Health serving Beltsville, Laurel, Silver Spring, Bowie, Greenbelt, College Park, Hyattsville, and surrounding Prince George’s and Montgomery County communities. Evaluate patients in their homes, develop personalized treatment plans, and help improve daily living skills, safety, and functional independence. Recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications; educate patients and caregivers on home-care techniques. Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team; complete timely documentation. Flexible scheduling, PRN compensation, mileage reimbursement, and one-on-one patient care with supportive clinical leadership and opportunities for professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Active Maryland Occupational Therapist license
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
