Job Summary
Complete occupational therapy evaluations, reassessments, and discharge visits for patients in their homes. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and functional needs while assessing home environments to recommend adaptive equipment and safety modifications. Provide skilled therapy services by educating patients and caregivers on techniques, home safety, and energy conservation. Monitor progress and modify plans as appropriate, collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation using WellSky. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay for an established home health provider serving the DC, MD, VA, and PA regions.
Required Qualifications
- Active Washington, DC Occupational Therapist License
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable Transportation
- Strong Clinical Assessment Skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong Documentation Skills
