Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health - PRN

Conduct home health occupational therapy for patients with debilitating conditions to improve daily living skills, basic motor functions, and compensate for functional losses. Develop treatment plans that enable patients to perform everyday tasks within the home setting. Requires state licensure as an Occupational Therapist and graduation from an approved school, with one year of experience preferred. Medicare home health experience is a plus. This role is available on a PRN basis at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, a leading national provider of home-based care.
