Job Summary
Conduct Occupational Therapy services for patients with debilitating conditions to improve daily living skills, basic motor functions, and compensate for functional losses within the home. Develop treatment plans that enable patients to perform everyday tasks independently. Requires licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice and a graduate degree from an approved school. Medicare home health experience is preferred, along with at least one year of clinical experience, though exceptions apply with leadership approval. Schedule is PRN.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy
- Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist/OT in the state in which he/she currently practices
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of one-year experience is preferred
- Medicare home health experience is preferred
