Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health - PRN

Conduct daily occupational therapy sessions to help patients with debilitating conditions improve functions for everyday tasks in the home. Develop daily living skills, enhance basic motor functions, and compensate for any loss of function that may have occurred. Provide care to Medicare home health patients where preferred. Requires graduation from an approved Occupational Therapy school and state licensure as an OT, with one year of experience preferred. This role is available on a PRN basis at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, one of the nation's largest home-based care providers.
