Job Summary
Occupational Therapist OT – Home Health (PRN) provides skilled, patient-centered therapy in the patient’s home within the Ocala/The Villages area (Marion, Lake, and Sumter counties). Responsibilities include conducting initial and ongoing assessments (including ADL/OASIS as appropriate), developing and revising a plan of care in coordination with the physician and care team, and delivering care to help patients regain independence and self-care capabilities. The role emphasizes collaboration, adherence to agency policies and federal/state regulations, and contribution to a mission-driven Home Health program that supports Full Life Care for All.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Florida licensure in occupational therapy.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Home health care experience preferred.
