Job Summary
Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients recovering from surgery, illness, or chronic conditions. Provide therapy services per physician's orders, assess functional status, and recommend adaptive equipment. Teach new skills or retrain patients in daily activities to help them regain independence. Maintain accurate documentation and participate in case conferences. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling in the East Valley for licensed Occupational Therapists, supporting a team philosophy that prioritizes employee growth and intelligent risk-taking.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the State of Arizona
- Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited OT program
- Eligible for NBCOT certification
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license
- Insurance
- Reliable transportation
