Job Summary
Provide 45 minutes of top-notch rehabilitation services to patients in their homes, utilizing expertise to assess physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans. Deliver hands-on therapy to help patients achieve goals and improve quality of life. Maintain responsive communication through messaging and ensure timely documentation completion. As a contract Occupational Therapist, you set your pay rate, pick your coverage area, and control your schedule, accepting as many patients as fit your needs. You must hold an active California OT license, valid driver's license, current CPR certification, and an active EIN with business license.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of licensed Occupational Therapist experience
- Strong self-management skills and the ability to work independently
- Responsive and timely communication through messaging
- Proficient in documentation and ensuring timely completion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a compassionate approach
- Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Current CPR certification and professional liability insurance
- A physical examination was conducted within the last 2 years
- Tuberculosis (TB) test conducted within the last 1-2 years depending on test type
- Possession of an Employer Identification Number (EIN) with an active business license
