Occupational Therapist / OT (Home Health)

Evaluate patients' functional abilities in their home environment and develop personalized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic activities to improve patients' ability to perform daily living tasks, such as dressing and bathing. Educate patients and caregivers on techniques and adaptive equipment to promote safety and independence. Monitor progress and update care plans based on patient outcomes and changing needs. Document visits and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary home health team. This role requires a graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program with a valid state license and at least one year of experience. Current BLS and hands-on CPR certification are required, along with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Pay starts at $65 per hour for per diem shifts in Cedar City, Utah.
