Occupational Therapist / OT (Home Health)

Evaluate patients' functional abilities in their home environment and develop personalized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic activities to improve patients' ability to perform daily living tasks such as dressing, bathing, and cooking. Educate patients and caregivers on techniques and adaptive equipment to promote safety and independence. Monitor progress and update care plans based on patient outcomes and changing needs. Document visits and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary home health team. This role supports Mission Healthcare's mission to deliver compassionate care across seven western states, with a competitive hourly rate of $38-$48 and a daily visit rate of $95.
