Job Summary
Full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) providing 1:1 home health therapy in Saint Louis County, MO, with focus on reducing documentation burden and improving patient outcomes. Responsibilities include administering occupational therapy, evaluating patients, developing and updating plan of care, reporting progress to physicians, instructing patients and families in home programs, coordinating with other agency staff, and traveling to patient homes for in-home treatment. Requires OT curriculum graduate and state licensure; NBCOT/NBCOT eligibility or National Registration eligibility; two years of experience preferred; indoor work with travel to patient homes; supervision by Director of Therapy, Home Health.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an Occupational Therapy curriculum
- Licensed in the state(s) in which practicing
- National Certification examination eligibility (NBCOT) or National Registration Examination eligibility
- Two (2) years experience preferred
