Job Summary
Provide 45 minutes of top-notch rehabilitation services to patients in their homes, assessing physical conditions and developing personalized treatment plans. Deliver hands-on therapy to help patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. As a contract Occupational Therapist, you set your pay rate, pick your coverage area, and control your schedule while accepting the number of patients that fit your needs. You will utilize an all-in-one app with virtual assistant support and simplified documentation for tasks and reminders.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of licensed Occupational Therapist experience
- Strong self-management skills and the ability to work independently
- Responsive and timely communication through messaging
- Proficient in documentation and ensuring timely completion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a compassionate approach
- Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Current CPR certification and professional liability insurance
- A physical examination was conducted within the last 2 years
- Tuberculosis (TB) test conducted within the last 1-2 years depending on test type
- Possession of an Employer Identification Number (EIN) with an active business license
