Job Summary
Administer skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services to improve daily living skills and motor functions for patients with debilitating conditions. Develop daily living skills and compensate for functional losses using treatments tailored to the home environment. Teach families and other health care team members on care plans performed in accordance with physicians' orders and the established plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy
- Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist/OT in the state in which he/she currently practices
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of one-year experience
- Medicare home health experience
