Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full Time provides skilled OT services in patients' homes under physicians' orders and the plan of care. Tasks include evaluating daily living activities and basic motor functions, developing and administering interventions to improve function, and teaching the family and care team. Requires graduation from an approved OT program and current state OT license; Medicare home health experience preferred. Full-time role based in Chesapeake, VA, with collaboration under the Branch Director and a focus on home-based care.
