Job Summary
Provide Occupational Therapy services in home health to improve patients' daily living skills and basic motor function. Administer skilled care under physicians’ orders and the established plan of care, teach and support families and other health-care team members, and collaborate with the Branch Director for supervision and guidance.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist/OT in the practicing state
- Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
- Medicare home health experience is preferred
