Job Summary
Conduct skilled occupational therapy services in the home to improve patients' daily living skills and motor functions while compensating for functional losses. Administer intermittent professional care in accordance with physician orders and established plans of care under the direction of the Branch Director. Teach families and other health care team members to support patient recovery. Requires state licensure and an approved OT degree; one year of experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist/OT in the state in which he/she currently practices
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of one-year experience
- Medicare home health experience
