Job Summary
Administer skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services and teach families and health care teams daily living skills and motor functions. Develop patients' ability to perform everyday tasks in the home while compensating for functional losses, strictly following physicians' orders and established care plans under Branch Director supervision. Requires state licensure, approved school graduation, and one year of experience preferred. Full-time role with competitive benefits including 401(k) matching and continuing education opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy
- Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist/OT in the state in which he/she currently practices
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of one-year experience
- Medicare home health experience
