Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health

Conduct skilled occupational therapy services for patients with debilitating conditions to improve daily living skills and motor functions at home. Administer intermittent professional care in accordance with physicians' orders and established plans of care, while teaching families and the health care team. Perform these duties under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director. Requires state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, an approved degree, and one year of experience is preferred, with Medicare home health experience also preferred.
