Job Summary
Administer skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services while developing daily living skills and compensating for functional losses in the home. Teach families and health care team members to support patient independence, adhering to physicians' orders and established plans of care under Branch Director supervision. Assist patients with debilitating conditions in performing everyday tasks by utilizing treatments to improve motor functions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy
- Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist/OT in the state in which he/she currently practices
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of one-year experience is preferred
- Medicare home health experience is preferred
