Job Summary
Conduct skilled care for patients with debilitating conditions to improve daily living skills and motor functions in the home. Administer intermittent professional services to develop basic motor functions and compensate for functional losses while teaching families and health care teams. Perform all duties in accordance with physicians' orders and established plans of care under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy
- Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist/OT in the state in which he/she currently practices
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of one-year experience
- Medicare home health experience
