Job Summary
Administer skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services in the home, developing daily living skills and basic motor functions while compensating for loss of function. Teach families and health care team members to support patient independence, ensuring all treatments align with physicians' orders and the established plan of care under the direction of the Branch Director. This role supports patients with debilitating conditions by improving their ability to perform everyday tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy
- Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist/OT in the state in which he/she currently practices
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of one-year experience
- Medicare home health experience
