Occupational Therapist (OT) for in-home, per-diem assignments across Burlington, Wilmington, and Lexington, MA. Responsibilities include evaluating clients within home environments, developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans, providing training on adaptive techniques and equipment for home use, collaborating with RNs, PTs, and caregivers, documenting progress and goals per BrightStar Care and state regulations, and recommending adaptive equipment to improve safety and independence.
