Job Summary
Provide Occupational Therapy services to children in Early Intervention programs, including home and center settings. Perform evaluations and assessments to track child progress while delivering mandated services under the IFSP. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and professionals to support individualized goals. Complete all required documentation and progress notes. This role supports pediatric populations across Long Island and New York City, offering access to clinical support teams and free continuing education through Medbridge.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards
- initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
- valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice
- DOH Approval
