Job Summary
Conduct patient assessments evaluating physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using standardized tools. Develop personalized treatment plans to enhance clients' functional abilities and educate families on adaptive equipment and environmental modifications. Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations and progress while advocating for client needs and community resource access. Requires valid state licensure, degree from an accredited institution, and ability to lift patients and stand for extended periods. Hourly rate $46-$48. Required Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or license eligible

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
- Ability to lift and assist patients as needed
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to perform physical tasks related to therapy
