Job Summary
Provide occupational therapy services to patients with a variety of conditions in a skilled nursing facility, assessing function and developing individualized treatment plans focused on ADLs, mobility, and independence. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure best outcomes while educating patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment. Maintain accurate and timely documentation throughout the 13-week contract or permanent placement option. Required Qualifications
- Passionate occupational therapy provider
- Comfortable working in the SNF setting
- Quick learner who can adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and clinical reasoning skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and a heart for patient care
- Active Occupational Therapy License in the state of employment (or ability to obtain)
- Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Current TB test/results
- Current physical stating fit for duty (within past year, or ability to obtain)
