Deliver high-quality care to patients and residents by developing programs in creative ADLs, falls prevention, cognition, and skilled maintenance. Lead motivating groups and support creative ADL initiatives while maintaining a stable, in-house therapy team presence. Provide ongoing training and career development opportunities within a growing network of skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities.
