Occupational Therapist (OT) | Full Time

Provide occupational therapy to patients unable to perform daily tasks due to illness or injury, assessing deficits, establishing goals, and documenting progress. Assist patients with exercises to improve fine motor skills and coordination while suggesting adaptive equipment like grab bars and shower chairs. Evaluate fall risks and introduce strategies to improve home safety, then educate patients and families on the plan of care, exercises, and self-care techniques. Work as part of a home health team including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, HHAs, PTs, and SLPs focused on the patient's plan of care and personal goals. This role supports patients in regaining independence and performing everyday activities in their homes within Green Valley and Sahuarita, Arizona.
