Job Summary
Direct patient care as an Occupational Therapist (OT) with direct involvement in patient assessments, creation of personalized care plans, supervision of care and treatments, and ongoing patient support to promote independence and improved quality of life within a rehabilitation setting. Collaborates with a team to understand physical, mental, and emotional needs, celebrates patient victories, and utilizes evidence-based practices and technology to drive meaningful outcomes. Requires state licensure/certification and CPR certification; Master’s Degree preferred or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience. Located in Nolan, TX with day shift/full-time schedule.
