Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, including supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns. Build meaningful patient relationships, collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team, and contribute to successful recoveries using patient-centered OT approaches and access to technology. Holds or pursues state licensure/certification and CPR certification; Master’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience. Located in Putnam, Texas, within inpatient rehabilitation settings; full-time daytime schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
