Evaluate and treat adults in a post-acute/skilled nursing rehabilitation setting, developing individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence. Train patients in activities of daily living, adaptive equipment, and safety techniques while collaborating with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, nursing staff, physicians, and families.
