Occupational Therapist (OT) FT

Deliver in-house therapy to a diverse patient population across dining, functional maintenance, cognition, memory care, and return-to-home programs. Create tailored programs to support residents with a wide range of conditions while collaborating within an inter-disciplinary team. Participate in ongoing training and career development initiatives offered by Vital Therapy's growing network of skilled nursing and post-acute facilities. Maintain a current Texas license to practice.
