Occupational Therapist (OT) FT

Conduct in-house occupational therapy for a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions at AVIR at Plainview. Create and implement programs in cognition, activities of daily living, functional maintenance, and sensory integration while leading a dedicated therapy team. Deliver fun and creative groups to provide moments of joy for patients and residents. This role is part of a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center offering on-going training, career development, and advancement within a growing network of 80 facilities.
