Occupational Therapist (OT) FT

Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing/post-acute setting as part of an in-house therapy team. Develop and implement programs in functional mobility, sensory integration, cognition, fall prevention, and return-to-home goals for orthopedic and neurological conditions. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team, deliver ongoing training and career development opportunities, and participate in flexible scheduling with potential for long-term growth within the organization.
