Job Summary
In-home Occupational Therapist (OT) for FeldCare Connects — Independent Contractor serving La Mesa and surrounding areas. Responsible for assessment and evaluation of patient needs related to functionality, activities of daily living, and home safety; develops treatment plans and conducts interventions to improve wellbeing; observes and documents patient progress; instructs patients, families, caregivers, and health-care team in therapy activities; coordinates with care team and participates in care coordination and quality assurance. Qualifications include an OT license/registration, completion of an accredited OT program; bilingual capability a plus. Flexible scheduling and autonomous practice with self-directed caseload.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in-state
- Registration by the state
- Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
