Job Summary
Assess and evaluate patient care needs regarding functionality, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, and home assessments. Determine treatment plans, perform interventions to enhance patient wellbeing, and evaluate progress. Provide services in accordance with state laws and the plan of care, coordinating with the health care team. Lead patients in therapeutic and self-care activities, observe treatment responses, and instruct families on therapy participation. Work as an independent contractor in the San Francisco area with flexibility to set your own schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Occupational Therapist license and registration by the state
- Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
- Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages
- Independent Contractor status
- Location in the San Francisco area
