Independent Contractor Occupational Therapist (OT) in Home Health serving the Hercules, CA area. Responsibilities include assessment and evaluation of patient care needs related to functionality status and activities of daily living, determining a treatment plan, performing interventions to improve wellbeing, observing and reporting patient progress, and instructing patients, families, caregivers, and the health care team in therapy activities.
Required Qualifications
