Job Summary
Assess patient care needs regarding functionality, activities of daily living, and home environments to determine treatment plans. Perform interventions aimed at improving patient wellbeing while leading clients in therapeutic and self-care activities. Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment and condition changes. Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on therapy participation. Provide services in accordance with state laws and coordinate with the health care team. Schedule flexibility allows independent contractors to set their own hours and work in the Santa Ysabel area.
Required Qualifications
- Occupational Therapist license and registration by the state
- Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
- Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages
- Independent Contractor status
- Service area in Santa Ysabel
