Occupational Therapist (OT) for Home Health in the Ojai, CA area. Independent contractor delivering OT services to adults, including assessment of functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments, and adaptive equipment needs. Develop and implement treatment plans, lead patients in therapy activities, observe and report progress, and educate patients, families, caregivers, and the health care team.
