Job Summary
Occupational Therapist for Home Health delivering assessment and evaluation of patient functioning, ADLs, fine motor skills, and home-based therapy. Leads development and execution of treatment plans, performs interventions to improve functioning and safety, and educates patients, families, and care teams. Requires state OT license and registration; bilingual is a plus. Flexible schedule and independent practice with administrative support for care coordination and quality assurance. Location: Sacramento, CA; Independent Contractor role.
Required Qualifications
- Occupational Therapist license and registration by the state
- Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
- Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages
