Job Summary
Provide and direct occupational therapy services to children aged birth to three, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication under physician's orders. Perform evaluations and assessments to make updates to the IFSP, establish treatment schedules, and deliver services as mandated. Participate in family and caregiver education while maintaining effective written and verbal communication skills. Requires a Bachelor's degree in an accredited occupational therapy curriculum, initial National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy registration, and a valid unencumbered state license. Salary range is $52.00 - $56.00 per hour with a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards
- initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
- valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice
- Early Intervention Temporary or Full Credential
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Effective leadership and customer relationship skills
- Ability to exercise mature judgment with initiative in analyzing and solving problems
- Treats all clients with dignity, compassion, empathy and respect
- Proven track record with high volume workloads
