Job Summary
Provide Occupational Therapy services to children in Early Intervention settings, including home and center visits. Perform evaluations, assessments, and track child progress while delivering mandated services per the IFSP. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and professionals to support individual goals. Complete documentation and progress notes for all cases. Requires a Master's degree in OT, initial NBCT registration, and a valid unencumbered state license with DOH approval. Salary ranges from $70.00 to $90.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards
- Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
- Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice
- DOH Approval
