Job Summary
Registered Occupational Therapist (OT) provides diagnostic evaluations and treatment to patients in a skilled nursing and memory care setting, develops and administers therapy programs to maximize functioning, utilizes therapeutic exercises and adaptive equipment, conducts home assessments, and trains patients in self-care activities and prosthetic use; supports environmental design and preventive strategies, documents outcomes, and collaborates with the care team to maintain high-quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy
- Current registration with the American Occupational Therapy Association
- One year of experience preferred
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to use tools used to make adaptive equipment
