Job Summary
Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy to help patients get well and restore their physical abilities and independence. Design individualized programs that reinforce and enhance patient capabilities while training patients and caregivers on skills to promote productivity. Collaborate with peers to make referrals for comprehensive care, adapting to diverse patient needs across facility settings. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $39.00 to $50.00 with a $20,000 bonus, plus H-1B sponsorship and a clinical mentorship program. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards
- initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
- valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice
