Job Summary
Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy to restore physical abilities and independence. Design individualized programs that reinforce skills and train patients and caregivers to promote productivity. Collaborate with peers to make referrals when necessary, adapting to diverse patient needs across facility settings. This full-time role offers a $10,000 retention bonus, $39–$50/hour salary, and includes on-demand pay, clinical mentorship, and free continuing education. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards
- initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
- a valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice
