Job Summary
Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy to help patients get well. Design programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence while training patients and caregivers on skills to promote productivity. Collaborate with peers to make referrals and adapt care to individual patient needs across skilled nursing centers, assisted living facilities, outpatient clinics, and home-based settings. This full-time, in-facility role offers a $10,000 retention bonus, $39-$50/hour salary, and includes a clinical mentorship program, free CEUs, and Visa/Green Card sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards
- initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
- valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice
