Job Summary
Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy to help patients get well. Design individualized programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence. Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity while collaborating with peers and making referrals as needed. Work in a facility setting with full-time hours, reporting to the Director of Rehab. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards
- initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
- valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice
