Job Summary
Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy to help patients regain independence and productivity. Design individualized programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities while training patients and caregivers on necessary skills. Collaborate with peers to make referrals and adapt to diverse patient needs across facility settings. This full-time role offers a $39.00–$50.00 hourly salary plus up to $10,000 retention bonus, with H-1B sponsorship and relocation assistance available. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards
- initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
- a valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice
