Occupational Therapist (OT)

Occupational Therapist (OT) needed at Clarion Nursing and Rehab to conduct comprehensive assessments of residents’ physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and use therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment to improve daily functioning. The role involves aligning therapy with the resident’s overall care plan, monitoring progress, educating families and caregivers on rehabilitation techniques and home safety, and ensuring all treatments adhere to safety protocols and professional standards. Prior SNF or geriatric experience is preferred; BLS certification is preferred. Strong communication and compassionate, patient-centered care are essential.
