Job Summary
Remote bilingual Spanish-speaking Occupational Therapist (OT) for teletherapy delivering remote OT services to a diverse pediatric caseload. Responsibilities include assessments of physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning; development of individualized treatment plans; remote therapy sessions using telehealth platforms; patient and caregiver education; accurate documentation; HIPAA-compliant practice; ongoing professional development. Requires Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active California state OT license (or ability to apply), and Spanish fluency. Experience in clinic or school settings and comfort with pediatric populations (18 months+) is required; feeding and/or hand therapy experience is a plus. Compensation options include 1099 and W2 with rates per hour for evaluations and therapy, and licensure reimbursement after 145 hours of work. Remote teletherapy across multiple states with California licensure reimbursement support.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active CA State Occupational Therapy License or ability to apply
- Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview
- Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our all-inclusive platform
- Should be comfortable working with pediatrics (18 months+)
- Bilingual in Spanish required
