Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) for telehealth-based Spanish-language services. Provide remote OT assessments, treatment planning, and interventions via teletherapy to a diverse caseload, primarily Spanish-speaking patients. Responsibilities include evaluating physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning; developing individualized treatment plans; delivering remote OT services; educating patients and caregivers; maintaining documentation; ensuring HIPAA compliance; utilizing telehealth platforms; and pursuing ongoing professional development. Requires Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active California OT license (or ability to apply), clinic or school experience, pediatrics comfort, and bilingual Spanish proficiency. Compensation available for 1099 and W2 arrangements, with hourly rates and licensure reimbursement details outlined.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active CA State Occupational Therapy License or ability to apply
- Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview

- Should be comfortable working with pediatrics (18 months+)
- Bilingual in Spanish required
